Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made with RO Service Support for doorstep RO water purifier repair, filter replacement, installation, and AMC services in Bangalore.
1. Cancellation by Customer
Before Technician Dispatch — FREE
You can cancel your service request free of charge at any time before the technician is dispatched. Simply call 070901 70092.
After Technician Dispatch — ₹199 Visit Charge
If cancellation occurs after the technician has been dispatched but before the diagnostic begins, a nominal visit charge of ₹199 may apply.
After Service Begins — Not Cancellable
Once service work has commenced (filters replaced, parts installed, repairs performed), cancellation is not possible. Full payment is due.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, use any of these methods:
- Phone: Call 070901 70092 and quote your registered mobile number.
- WhatsApp: Reply "CANCEL" to your booking confirmation message.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to contact@roservicecare24x7.co.in.
3. Cancellation by RO Service Support
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking in the following situations:
- Severe weather conditions, strikes, or natural disasters affecting technician movement.
- Safety concerns at the service location (aggressive behaviour, unsafe environment).
- Incorrect or fraudulent booking information.
- Insufficient spare parts availability for a specific brand/model.
In such cases, if any advance payment was made, it will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge by informing us at least 1 hour before the scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to technician availability on the new date/time.
5. No-Show by Customer
If our technician arrives at the scheduled address but cannot access the premises or reach you on your registered number, the booking will be marked as a "no-show". A visit charge of ₹199 may apply for future bookings. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking access.
6. AMC Plan Cancellation
- AMC cancellations within 7 days of purchase and before any service visit are eligible for a full refund minus 5% processing fee.
- After the first AMC service visit, no refund is possible.
- Partial refunds (pro-rata) may be considered in exceptional cases at our discretion.
